1. Store operator

Artvera Studio is the trading name used on this website. The business operating the store is Realtime Electronic Commerce LTD, at 8 The Green. Ste A. in the City of Dover County of Kent, 19901 Number 7216925.

In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to that business operating under the Artvera Studio trading name. “You” refers to the person using the website or placing an order.

2. Using the website

You must have the legal capacity required in your location to enter into a purchase. Provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information, and only use a payment method you are authorised to use.

Do not use the website for unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, infringement, unauthorised access, malware, phishing or interference with the operation of the store.

3. Products, descriptions and pricing

Review the description, materials, dimensions, options and package contents before ordering. Images are provided to help you choose; screen settings may affect how colours appear. This does not excuse a product that fails to match its description or any applicable legal requirement.

Prices, currency, available options, shipping charges and applicable taxes are displayed during shopping and checkout. Review the final amount before paying. A price change made after purchase does not by itself change the amount agreed for a confirmed order.

If we identify a material error or cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you with the available options. We will not substitute a materially different product or increase an agreed order price without your agreement. If an order cannot proceed, any amount due back will be refunded as required by applicable law.

4. Orders and payment

Keep your confirmation and check its details. An order confirmation records the order; dispatch is communicated separately. We may need to verify payment, investigate suspected fraud or resolve a delivery restriction before an order can proceed.

If we need to cancel an order because it cannot lawfully or reasonably be fulfilled, we will inform you and arrange any refund due. Our handling of orders remains subject to applicable consumer law.

5. Cancellations, returns and product issues

You may cancel an order for a full refund if it has not yet been produced or dispatched. Once an order has been produced or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Contact us as soon as possible so we can check its status.

These policies and terms do not exclude mandatory cancellation, refund, guarantee or other consumer rights.

6. Shipping

Our Shipping Information page explains processing time, transit time, total estimated arrival ranges and shipping arrangements. Arrival ranges are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact us promptly if a correction is needed. Any applicable import charges are explained in the shipping policy and checkout disclosures.

7. Intellectual property and submissions

Website content may be protected by copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights. Use it only as permitted by the rights holder or applicable law.

Only submit content that you are entitled to share. Do not include unlawful material, another person’s confidential information or unnecessary personal data. We may remove unlawful or rights-infringing content. Sending us a question or complaint does not transfer ownership of your intellectual property.

8. Third-party services and privacy

Payment, parcel tracking and other external services may be provided by third parties under their own terms and privacy policies. Review the relevant terms when using those services.

9. Availability and consumer protections

We aim to keep the store information accurate and the website available, but technical interruptions and errors can occur. Please contact us if you notice a material problem with an order or listing.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, or removes any mandatory rights you have regarding product quality, safety, descriptions, delivery, refunds or other consumer protections. Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Applicable law and updates

These terms are subject to applicable law. They do not override mandatory protections or rights to bring a claim in a forum available to you under that law.

We may update these terms for future use of the store. Changes do not retrospectively reduce rights or promises attached to an existing order. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
