1. When will my Artvera treasures arrive?

We know you're excited to receive your package! Each order is handled with love, and here are the typical delivery times once your items leave our studio:

• Standard Shipping: 12-15 business days (Our most popular choice!)

• Express Shipping: 8-12 business days

• VIP Shipping: 5-8 business days (For when you just can't wait!)

Rest assured: The moment your order is on its way, we’ll send a tracking link and simple instructions to your email. We also keep a close eye on the delivery ourselves to make sure everything goes smoothly for you.

2. How can I follow my package's journey?

Every order we send out comes with its own "passport" (a tracking number!). You can easily see where your package is by using this number on your local postal service’s website. It’s the best way to watch your order travel all the way to your doorstep.

3. What if I need to cancel my order?

Because we begin preparing your order almost as soon as you place it, we generally cannot accept cancellations for a simple change of mind. However, we know that sometimes things happen! If you have a special circumstance, please reach out to our friendly support team at info@artverastudio.com, and we’ll do our very best to see if there's anything we can do to help.

4. A quick note on international customs and taxes

We do our heart’s best to ensure your order reaches you without any extra surprise fees. However, since every country has its own unique tax laws, these are sometimes beyond our control.

If your local customs office does apply an import fee, we kindly ask you to handle the initial payment. But here’s how we’d like to help: once you’ve paid, please email us a photo of the receipt! We’d love to make it up to you by offering a special discount code or a "remedy" credit for your next visit to Artvera Studio.
