What to include
- Your name and contact details.
- The name of the rights holder and, if you act for them, your authority to do so.
- A description of the work, trademark or other right involved, with registration details or supporting links where applicable.
- The exact URL of each product, image or page you want us to review.
- An explanation of the concern and any supporting information.
How we review a concern
We will review the information provided and may ask for clarification or supporting documents. Where appropriate, we may restrict access to content while a concern is being assessed. Submitting a report does not by itself establish that an infringement has occurred.
Only include information that is relevant to the report. Do not send unrelated sensitive personal information or payment credentials.
